On Saturday 23 September 2023, the Quality and Accreditation Committee of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France, meeting in Yvoire (Haute-Savoie), voted in favour of granting the status to Entrevaux (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence) and Saorge (Alpes-Maritimes).
