Flowing from a pool situated right in the heart of the village, the Burle spring displays magnificent colours ranging from turquoise to emerald blue. As the outlet of a karst system, this resurgence with its translucent waters is bound to attract diving enthusiasts. It was first explored in the summer of 1967, but the divers were then blocked by a pile of rubble obstructing the pool. Over the years, successive teams of divers have set out to explore the underground network and have managed to map out a system of passages stretching for nearly 400 metres.

A culinary and poetic performance under the open sky, where cheese, labneh, songs, and stories come together to create a collective work to be savored. In September, Sara Harakat will be in residence at Le Four à Pain, on the Causse Méjean, for a research project conducted in collaboration with Le Fédou, a cheese shop in Hyelzas. Drawing on the processes involved in transforming milk, she explores what landscapes, seasons, and human hands convey through food. Gathered around a large table, participants will create a collective work using brousse, rhubarb, labneh, herbs from the Causse, spices, and flavors from afar. Amid stories, songs, and shared rituals, this will be a meaningful moment to savor the connections between the region, memory, and hospitality. ANIMA — CHORÉGRAPHIE PASTORALE
What if the landscape became an open-air stage? With Anima, the Théâtre du Centaure envisions a pastoral choreography set amid the hills of the Massif Central. Flocks of sheep and herds of cows, horses, Centauresses, female herders, female farmers, shepherdesses, and local residents journey together to create a collective, vibrant, and ephemeral work of art.
What if the landscape became an open-air stage? With Anima, the Théâtre du Centaure envisions a pastoral choreography set amid the hills of the Massif Central. Flocks of sheep and herds of cows, horses, Centauresses, female herders, female farmers, shepherdesses, and local residents journey together to create a collective, living, and ephemeral work of art. Somewhere between a nature walk, land art, and pastoral dance, the landscape gradually transforms into a vast, moving tableau. An invitation to see animals, the practices of pastoralism, and the bonds that unite us to the lands we inhabit in a new light. A 20-minute introductory walk will precede the performance. The event will continue with time spent interacting with the animals, followed by a convivial gathering at the Les Lisières residency in La Condamine. A poetic and rare experience, to be enjoyed outdoors, where humans, animals, and landscapes come together in harmony.
