Call for proposals – Circular Economy Cluster
The municipality of Montrésor is renovating the primary school premises to establish an economic hub there.
The call for proposals is aimed at craftspeople, producers and artists wishing to set up their businesses in the heart of a village with strong tourist potential, and who are inspired by the circular economy model.
Several spaces are available to rent, either on an annual or seasonal basis, ranging in size from 11 to 65 m². The premises will be fully refurbished, heated by geothermal energy, and fibre-optic broadband will be installed in 2023.
The site will be linked to the ‘Balcons de l’Indrois’ tourist walkway via a footbridge connecting it to the village.
