Portes ouvertes à la Ferme Biologique du Bec-Hellouin

Created in 2003, the farm has become a world reference for permaculture and ecoculture. It seeks solutions to feed tomorrow's humanity with the utmost respect for the natural environment (cultivation by hand and animal traction, etc.). Visits to the farm help finance research programs. Visitors can explore the whole farm: market gardens, forest gardens, cereal gardens, garden island, pond, animals... And talk to producers at conferences and educational walks. Access to the store with vegetables and farm produce, books and handicrafts. The farm is also open for sales on Friday evenings from March 27, from 4pm to 7pm.

Organized by the "Héritage Normand Brionnais" association 6-km walk. Meet at 8:00 a.m. Departure at 9:00 a.m. from Place Guillaume le Conquérant, Le Bec-Hellouin Arrival around 11:30 a.m./12:00 p.m. at Maison de Loraine, Brionne (return transportation provided) Complimentary welcome drink! Picnic (each participant must bring their own lunch) Medieval fashion show in the afternoon. Hike led by Michel Letellier, President of the Berthouville Hiking Club

Stretching for 42 km, the former railway line winds its way through forests, lush countryside and villages decked out in flowers. It’s the perfect getaway to soak up the atmosphere of Normandy and get your fill of the great outdoors!
