The So Happy World association is hosting a lecture and a day of workshops on migraines, led by two doctors who themselves suffer from migraines. Dr. Jean-Pierre Chaudot, a physician and author of *Bye Bye Migraine!*, and Dr. Leh will share their knowledge and complementary approaches to help participants better understand the mechanisms of migraines and learn how to address the factors that can trigger attacks. The lecture will provide a better understanding of migraines and their mechanisms. The workshops will then offer a practical approach, with tools and concrete strategies for better managing attacks on a daily basis. The workshops will be held in small groups, and space is limited. Reservations required.

The Bergheim Nativity Scene Trail offers an original route to discover more than 80 handcrafted nativity scenes created by the inhabitants and associations of the village and staged in the town, illuminated and decorated in the colours of Christmas. It is in this old medieval town that the nativity scenes are the most numerous in Alsace, naive representations or real works of art, made from different materials.
