Set off to explore the Templar city
Whether on a guided tour or exploring on your own, wander through the fortified town and let the Knights Templar and the Knights Hospitaller tell you their story. A 12th-century castle, 16th- and 17th-century mansions, a communal bakery, a church… each site bears witness to this heritage.
Strolling from workshop to shop

For this new edition, Larzac Repère is setting up shop with its traveling café at the La Blaquerie school (in the town of La Couvertoirade).
Party games, belote tournaments... Le Repère Snack & Refreshment Stand: sweet and savory snacks, including our famous croques-repères! And of course, as always, bring your own games for everyone to try! From 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at the École de la Blaquerie

Making and selling pizzas
Come make some delicious pizzas and bake them in the bread oven at Cazejourdes! So join us around the bread oven for a pizza sale starting at 11 a.m. Appetizers are courtesy of the Les Amis de la Couvertoirade association. Eat on site.

Treasure Hunts
Set off on an adventure with the treasure hunts for adults and teenagers organised by the Tourist Office from April to November! Game booklets, puzzles and codes to crack will keep you entertained as you explore the Templar town. The treasure hunts take you on a fun quest that reveals a whole new side to La Couvertoirade.

Fancy an outdoor challenge? Head to Accro Roc, an adventure course set amongst the Larzac rocks! Zip lines, footbridges, rope bridges and a variety of activities await you in a spectacular natural setting. Hike along the GR 71 C
The GR 71 C is one of the most beautiful routes in the Larzac region. Whether you’re embarking on a five-stage trek (79 km) for experienced walkers or a shorter circular route to L’Hospitalet du Larzac, you’ll wander through the agricultural and pastoral moorlands, Templar villages and the rolling hills of the Causses.
Mountain Bike Route: “From La Baraque Froide to La Blaquèrerie”
Set off on a mountain bike ride lasting around 2 hours! Taking in the buissières and the landscapes of the Causse, this loop offers a superb taste of the Larzac. An energetic and refreshing ride, perfect for summer!
